File a Warranty Claim

The below only applies to consumers in the United States and Canada.
If you purchased a T3 product outside of the US and Canada, please click here.
  1. Please complete the form below. All fields are required.
  2. You will be required to attach a proof of purchase in a gif / jpg / png / pdf file to your claim. The file should not be larger than 4MB (4,000KB). If you cannot provide proof of purchase, please upload an image of your product.
  3. After you submit the form, you will receive an email confirmation. The claim status will also be sent to the email address you provided. Please make sure your junk email filters are not blocking emails from, particularly if you are a Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, or Comcast user.
  4. Once your claim has been reviewed, our team will reply via email to the address provided.
  5. Please do not dispose of the product before the completion of the entire warranty process.
